Services are family focused with intervention strategies embedded in family-identified contexts and routines. MEET
Maggie Wright, Speech-Language Pathologist
My name is Maggie Wright and I am an adventurer, wife, mother, and Speech-Language Pathologist in Fairbanks, Alaska. I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, and I have been lucky enough to call Alaska home for over ten years. I received my BA in Speech, Language, & Hearing: Sciences and Disorders at the University of Kansas and my MS in Speech-Language Pathology at Fontbonne University in St. Louis. My favorite things include my family, adventuring outside, crafting, finding language and learning around the house, dark chocolate, yoga, and supporting functional communication between children and their families.

Insurance: In-Network

We are “In-Network” with Medicaid

If you have Medicaid for primary or secondary insurance, our billing specialist will file Medicaid insurance claims for you.

If you have other primary insurance coverage (commercial or Tricare) and Medicaid secondary, co-payment will be covered by Medicaid. Our billing specialist will file Medicaid insurance claims for you.

If services are not covered for any reason by insurance, you will be responsible for payment in full. Instances of this case include lapses of coverage or failure on your part to comply with insurance requests for Other Health Information (OHI), etc.

Insurance: Out-of-Network

If we are Out-of-Network with your insurance company (with the exception of families with Medicaid secondary), full payment of service is due the day of service.

Our billing specialist will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf as a courtesy.

Out-of-Network coverage is plan dependent; we recommend you contact your insurance company directly to gather specific information about your specific Out-of-Network coverage, including information on co-payment and co-insurance responsibilities, as well as requirements for authorizations and pre-certifications for services.

Some insurance companies will reimburse you directly, while others will reimburse Maggie Wright SLP, LLC. If Maggie Wright SLP, LLC is reimbursed, the amount will be credited to your account and future payments for services will be adjusted accordingly.
Private Pay

If you do not have insurance coverage for speech and language therapy, we offer a “prompt pay” price reduction.

To qualify for this price reduction, your payment must be made in full on the day of service.
